Refund and Return Policy

ELX Beauty


Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Subscription Boxes

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Any book with obvious signs of use
  • Opened media items (CD, DVD, VHS, software, cassette tape, video game, or vinyl record)
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within several business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Subscriptions are non refundable


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at shop@elxbeauty.com


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at checkout, or was shipped to the gift giver first, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.


Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
